Ingredient include:

Mucuna: Is high in concentration of L-DOPA, a natural precursor to the neurotransmitter dopamine. It may support brain function, enhance male fertility and reduce stress. May support those with Parkinson’s disease symptoms, such as tremors and motor impairment, by boosting dopamine in the brain. May increase male fertility and libido. May fight oxidative stress and protect cells from free radicals damage. CAUTION: NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR NURSING. THOSE WHO HAVE A HISTORY OF HEART ARRHYTHMIAS OR HEART DISEASE, AND THOSE WITH STOMACH ULCERS. MAY CAUSE CONFUSION, AGITATION, DELUSIONS, AND HALLUCINATION. Ginkgo biloba: May improve cognitive function, particularly individuals with dementia, by enhancing blood flow to the brain and protecting the nerve cells. May improve heart health, reduce inflammation in conditions like asthma. May ease anxiety, depression, and PMS. CAUTION: May cause headaches, low salt levels, dizziness, bleeding, the feeling of heart pounding or racing, upset stomach, constipation and or skin allergies. DRUG INTERACTION: May include aspirin, trazodone, Xanax, blood thinners, and seizure medication.

Ashwagandha: Contains adaptogenic properties that may help the body cope with stress by regulating cortisol levels, the primary stress hormone. May reduce stress, anxiety and fatigue. May improve sleep, enhance cognitive function, may increase testosterone and hormone levels. Potential anti-inflammatory. CAUTION: Ashwagandha is a short term root and is not to be used longer than 3 months at a time. Some individuals may experience upset stomach, diarrhea, nausea, headache, or drowsiness. Potential drug interactions include: sedatives, immunosuppressants, thyroid medication, diabetes and blood pressure medications. Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Skullcap: Is known to reduce stress and anxiety. Promotes restful sleep, soothes muscle tension and spasms, and is an antioxidant. CAUTION: MAY CAUSE DROWSINESS, DIZZINESS, MAY CAUSE UP SET STOMACH. MAY INTERACT WITH MEDICATIONS, ESPECIALLY SEDATIVES OR ANTI-ANXIETY.

Passionflower: Is known to help with anxiety, improve sleep, menopause support, regulate cardiac rhythms and potential fight against seizures. It is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.CAUTION: MAY LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE AND HEART RATE. MAY CAUSE DROWSINESS, DIZZINESS AND CONFUSION.
